PDF Preview and Workflow AgentRemote and mobile worker, document workflow and print solution. This solution is for the purpose of automating the previewing and/or printing of designed and formatted document output jobs from the main business systems whilst on a remote pc or desktop printer. In general operation our Print server would normally print designed output jobs on to a network printer connected to the corporate LAN or WAN. However, with the "Agent" running on the end-user machine we can print the document output jobs to ‘off network’ remote desktop printing devices (local to the end-user desktop). Alternatively the PDF can be sent to the PC and automatically pop-up on the users screen to preview the job, authorise and select the required routing destination (Print, email, archive etc) for this document.
